SBT Designs wishes to congratulate the winning builders and trade contractors in the 2009 Queensland Master Builders Awards - Sunshine Coast. Two of our homes proved to be winners on the night.
Our Beaches home took out the Best Home in the over $2 million category and also the top prize of Home Of The Year. Braeden Constructions excelled in the quality of workmanship and detail. The location of the site proved to ensure that only the best builder could create the home as it stands today, A true master piece of design and construction. Braeden Constructions will now lead the charge to the state finals. The beaches home also featured fabulous cabinetry with Minka Joinery awarded the prize for best trade contractor. The use of concrete, steel, glass and perspex walls shows how outstanding the workmanship was needed to be. The home is faultless with the builder and trades taking pride in the building.
Alan Little Coastal Homes also won for the White Residence for new homes $551k - $700k. This home is situated on a steep site surrounded by bush and extensive ocean views. The home was also located in a bush fire zone added to the complexity.
