Braeden Constructions takes out top housing award in the Master Builders Association national awards held last night in Canberra, claiming the overall Australian House of the year 2010.



The wins keep on coming with Steve Coates Constructions taking out top renovation housing award in the Master Builders Association national awards held last night in Canberra.




Congratulations to the winning builders and a great reward for the outstanding level of detail and shows that the extra effort is noticed.

Congratulations to the winners of the 2010 QMBA awards. SBT Designs is proud to have been associated with Steve Coates Constructions for the Glass House residence. The award recognises the extreme level of detail in providing a building finished to an amazing standard. It is true credit to the builder and his team. The home has been awards the Best Individual Home $2.5m to $3.0m category as well as Best Outdoor Living and Landscaping (Homes).

Braeden Constructions have taken out the Queensland Master Builders 2010 Sunshine Coast Regional Awards for House of the Year for the 2nd year running.
The Tunba House has been awarded the following awards in the Sunshine Coast Region :
Best Individual Home over $2 million and
House of the Year
The award recognises the level of detail and craftsmanship that Braeden Constructions have applied in the completion of the project. The continual pride in the work is a credit to Mick Devlin and his team of builders.

Our Tunba House has just been awarded best house over 450m2 for the BDAQ Sunshine Coast.
The home is situated at the base of the beautiful Mount Cooroy. A series of linked pavilions are used to create a sprawling home that branches out to encompass the amazing views south to Coolum Beach and north over Noosa and Mount Tinbeerwah.
The home features the latest home automation from Ingenious and offers every comfort from the central wood fire to the inspiring designer kitchen that offers a large scullery/preparation area.
